Henry Wang is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Herbalife Nutrition, a premier global nutrition company that manufactures and sells high-quality science-backed products through a direct sale channel. Henry oversees Herbalife Nutrition global legal operation and corporate secretary work. Additionally, Henry leads Herbalife Nutrition’s distributor compliance program consisting of over 600 compliance professionals around the world.
Henry joined Herbalife Nutrition in 2013 from the law firm of Lee, Tran, Liang and Wang LLP – a leading minority-owned law firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Philips LLP, and Reed Smith LLP. While in private practice, he successfully represented U.S. and international companies in U.S. federal and state courts on a wide array of legal issues. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. He served on the boards of Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, Asian Business League of Southern California, and Asian Pacific Community Fund, and has been a speaker and panelist at numerous conferences.
